PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

This compensates you for your legal liability to third parties for personal injury by accident and/or damage to their properties arising from the business carried out on your premises.

PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

Product liability insurance will protect the insured company against legal liability for injury to third parties, loss of or damage to their property caused by the goods sold, supplied, repaired, serviced or tested by the insured. The liability may be at common law for negligence or as a result of a statutory obligation.

SCOPE
The policy cover all sums that the insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages following:-

- Accidental death of or bodily injury to any person.
- Accidental loss of or damage to property occurring in connection with goods/products supplied by the insured company.
- Defects in goods or products manufactured sold, handled or distributed by the insured company after custody has been relinquished to others.
-Legal cost recoverable by any claimant from the insured company.
-Cost and expenses incurred with our written consent.
