Mr. Idika started his career in an Agro-Allied company and later joined banking in 2001. He has worked in human resources department of his various places of work including Hallmark Bank Plc and FinBank Homes Ltd of FinBank Plc before joining Equity Assurance Plc in 2010 as Head of Human Resources Department.
He holds a B.Sc in Psychology and MBA in Management.
He is also a Professional Manager as an Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management and a Chartered Human Resources Consultant, IFC/CABA USA & Canada.
He has attended many courses in human resources and also leadership/personal development.
