Mr Balogun, a graduate of Civil Engineering entered into insurance shortly after his university education. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and was trained at the London School of Insurance and Willis Fabber & Dumas PLC (an affiliate of Willis Corron Worldwide Group).
In Nigeria, he worked with Mayfair Insurance Brokers and Intra-Niger (Incorporated Insurance Brokers) where he served as Managing Director before moving over to Equity Indemnity Insurance Company Ltd. as the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive. He has acquired over 20 years experience and has attended several management and technical courses within and outside the country.
He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies Kuru, Jos.
